Braided Turbo Oil Feed Pipe for 1.6 & 2.0 TDI Engines
Fits ALL VW / Audi / Seat and Skoda Vehicles with the 1.6 and 2.0 TDI CR Engines
This kit consists of:
Darkside Developments Braided Oil Feed Line
Banjo Bolts and P-Clips
This Oil Feed line is designed to replace the standard hard line found on the 1.6 and 2.0 TDI New CR (Common Rail) Engines. It will fit with the stock turbocharger but is particularly useful if you have changed turbochargers and the stock oil line doesn't quite fit. We use these on our GTB Turbo Kits and other upgraded Turbochargers
This Oil Feed is shorter than our 1.9 8v Oil feed, as instead of connecting to the Oil Filter Housing, the Oil Feed on the Oval Port CR Engines connects to the Cylinder Head
These are much improved on the standard design as it eliminates the taper fitting on the turbo end, which usually gets damaged when removed, requiring a complete new Oil Feed from VW. This hose can be used multiple times without any issues
PLEASE ENSURE YOU DO NO OVER TIGHTEN. THIS WILL RESULT IN THE BANJO BOLT SNAPPING.
THE BANJO BOLT ONLY NEEDS NIPPING TIGHT.
