Direct Bolt on Kit for the 1.9 8v TDI VW Group Engines

The Kit is designed to fit the following vehicles: 

VW Golf Mk4 & Mk5
VW Bora
VW Jetta
Audi A3 8L & 8P
Seat Leon 1M & 1P
Seat Toledo
Skoda Octavia Mk1 & Mk2

VW Polo 9N/9N2/9N3
Seat Ibiza Mk3 & Mk4
Seat Cordobra
Skoda Fabia Mk1 

The kit will also fit the Mk2 and Mk3 Golf Platform Vehicles with a modified rear engine mount 

The manifold will work with the PD150/PD130 Turbo Inlet Pipe (TIP) along with a PD150/PD130 Intake Manifold. This is a true ‘Bolt-On’ Big Turbo conversion that is future proof, as well as being proven to give big power and have perfect daily drivability. For example, a stock PD150 with just a GTB2260VK turbo kit would make ~230hp and up to 265hp if you install Race PD injectors. If you go a step further and get a worked head 300hp will be in reach

The Downpipe is slightly different dependant on what platform you are fitting the kit to, but all are designed to slot perfectly into the Milltek Sports Exhaust Systems

If you are purchasing this kit without a turbocharger, and want to send your turbo to us for converting to Vacuum and the VNT System setting up, please also purchase the service via this product. If you select a Turbocharger, you will also receive the following:

The only part not included in the kit is a boost outlet pipe. As there are many combinations of intercooler setup, we do not have one definate solution that will suit all builds, normally a 2" silicone 45° bend is all thats required

 There are 3 different models of the GTB Turbocharger. There is the GTB1756VK, GTB2056VK and GTB2260VK. All are completely interchangeable, so if you start with the GTB1756VK and decide to upgrade, all you need to swap is the turbocharger unit itself, all the existing pipework will bolt right up

Here is a rough guide to what sort of power you can expect from each turbo, with a comparison to other popular turbochargers. This is assuming you have the appropriate supporting modifications for the individual turbocharger. The power figures are what is considered achieveable under 'safe' parameters (Injection Duration, Exhaust Gas Temperature and Exhaust Manifold Pressures). Greater power has been achieved in the past with each setup, but in many cases this was pushing many of the components past their safe operating limits

Also as a comparison, here is a table with the various wheel sizes of the popular turbochargers, alongside the GTB Series turbochargers. Bare in mind that the GTB turbos have the latest 3rd Generation VNT System, which is far superior to the previous systems, resulting in quicker spool and lower manifold pressures at high RPMs compared to older 1st Gen Turbo's
