2.0 TDI Common Rail Swirl Flap Repair Kit (P2015) - Plastic Manifolds

Our aluminum repair bracket fixes the P2015 fault code which is a common fault in 2.0 TDI Common Rail Engine

Over time, wear to the actuator motor causes the control arm to open or close outside the stock perameters. This issue is what causes the P2015 error code.

This repair kit limits the travel range of the swirl flap actuator motor back to the factory range, fixing the problem and removing the fault code

We offer this Kit WITH or WITHOUT the Inlet Manifold Seal

Although we Highly Recommend purchasing this kit WITH the Manifold Seal it is not always required. Please Select from the Above Options
