These head bolts are a high tensile upgrade for the CJAA / CBEA CR140 2.0 TDI Common Rail Diesel engines found in the Mk6 Golf / Jetta / A3.

Upgrading the head bolts is essential to prevent headlift on high boost applications.

The standard head bolts found on the 2.0 TDI Commom Rail engines have a tensile strength of 10.9 (136,000 PSI) whereas these upgraded bolts are 12.9 (160,000 PSI).

  • Upgrade for the 2.0 TDI CR engines fitted with 10.9 Grade Headbolts
