We have found that on our Touareg & Cayenne Overland projects the 0BV Transfer Case begins to click underload on and off road.

When we replaced the chain on our Touareg 7P 3.0 TDI Overland Project it made a night and day difference, the transfer click was non-existent and the driveability majorly improved, see our video below for more information.
