Additional Duties and Taxes are to be paid directly to the courier. If import duties are not paid, the item may be returned back to us. The initial shipping costs and any extra charges we incur as a result of this will be deducted from any refund made to you. All shipping costs covers the shipping charges only, this does not include any Customs Charges which are levied by your government.
If you are liable for any Customs Charges / Duties the courier company will contact via phone, email or send a letter. Once these have been paid the parcel will still be delivered to you door.
