Darkside Developments do not store any call recordings. This is handled by a third party provider. Where possible we will try and direct all customers to our website when placing an order. In the event of taking an order over the phone we will need to know your name, email address, billing and delivery address, telephone number, credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date including the CVC/CVV2 code. This allows us to process and fulfil your order and to notify you of the status of your request. We may also ask for your mobile telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. Darkside Developments do not store any financial details. This is handled by our payments provider.
