Conversion Kit for CP3 Fuel Pump - 3.0 Common Rail Engines (Earlier Engines Only)

This kit will allow fitment of the CP3 Fuel Pump to the earlier 3.0 Common Rail Engines

The pump is capable of delivering a considerable amount more fuel compared to the factory CP1H and includes a built in gear lift pump to prevent fuel starvation, no need for larger capacity lift pumps which can be a real pain to install on a road car.

A CP3 pump has 3 pistons so will feed the rail with a constant pressure, you wont have limp at upper RPM any longer and can increase rail pressure

Please Note:

This Kit utilises some USED parts removed from working vehicles / engines.

PLEASE NOTE:

The supplied rail in this kit is only suitable for M18 fuel pressure sensors. If you have a vehicle with the M12 pressure sensors you will have to swap to the M18 thread pressure sensor. We recommend the 2700 BAR sensor. A link to this can be found below in this listing.

1 x Cam Pulley Retaining Bolt
1 x Fuel Pipe
2 x Clamps
2 x Fuel Rails
6 x Fuel Rail to Injector Pipes
1 x Fuel Rail to Pump Pipe
1 x Connecting Fuel Rail Pipe
