There is a choice of Organic or Sintered Clutch Disc dependent on preference, the Sintered Disc can be considered 'grabby' but holds slightly more torque than the Organic Disc

The Sachs SRE Uprated Clutch Disc and Pressure Plate will hold 310 ft/lb Organic / 450 ft/Ib Sintered
