2. Who is eligible?

All retail / guest customers are eligible to use the BLACKFRIDAY discount code and receive the specified offers. Dealers / trade customers are NOT eligible to use the BLACKFRIDAY discount code and will not receive an additional 10% OFF their current discount but can use the discount code DEALER15 to receive the additional discounts on the above specified products (*) and DEALER20 to receive the additional discounts on the Black Friday specials. 3. When is it?

Thursday 23th November 2023 11:59:59 AM (GMT) until Tuesday 28th November 2023 11:59:59 AM (GMT). Only purchases which are completed and paid for in full during the promotion period are eligible.

4. How long will it take for you to ship my item?

We aim to ship out all stock orders by Thursday 30st November, subject to stock levels on parts. All Non-Sale orders will be prioritised for customers in need of their parts urgently. Special Order (such as coloured silicones) and Fabricated parts, may take up to 3 weeks for dispatch. Due to the sale, orders may be delayed so please be patient. All orders placed using the BLACKFRIDAY discount code cannot be cancelled once placed, otherwise a restocking fee will be charged.

5. General Terms:

  • Parts to be fitted by Darkside Developments must be purchased during the specified time of the sale (above) and stored by the customer until agreed date of booking.
  • Darkside Developments will not store any parts for customers booked in for work in the future.
  • Darkside Developments reserve the right to exclude any items from the promotion.
  • *Parts not eligible for shipping e.g Hybrid Killer Turbo Kit, Custom Exhaust Systems, Powergate Tuning etc are all excluded from the sale as well as ALL tyres and the following products - https://www.darksidedevelopments.co.uk/excluded/
  • Items purchased before Thursday 23rd November 2023 or after Tuesday 28th November 2023 11:59:59 AM (GMT) are not included in the sale and will not be discounted.
  • Orders made but not yet dispatched are not eligible for the discount and any request for cancellation of pending orders for this time will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Items returned to be replaced for another item will only be refunded / credited for the sale amount, and full price will be payable on the replacement items.
  • Items returned for a refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, regardless of return reason.
  • Darkside Developments reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which, in Darkside Developments opinion, make it necessary for it to do so. Darkside Developments reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions for certain parts of this promotion.
  • The decision of Darkside Developments regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Our Black Friday Specials are subject to stock. We reserve the right to remove products from this promotion.
