Darkside Developments 3" / 2.5" Stainless DPF Delete & EGR Delete Kit for CJAA US Spec This 3" OR 2.5" Stainless Steel DPF Delete Downpipe and EGR Delete Kit is a straight replacement to remove the factory Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and factory EGR Valve (Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve) on the USA Spec CJAA 2.0 Diesel Engines We also offer an option for the Secondary CAT Delete Pipe (2.5" or 3") to remove the Secondary Factory Catalytic Converter (CAT), please select from the options above A reducing slip joint / exhaust sleeve is provided with this kit to allow for perfect fitment to the stock exhaust system.This kit is only suitable for USA spec vehicles with the CJAA / CBEA engine code

Diesel in the United States is infamous for being of poor quality, which presents problems with the Bosch CP4.1 fuel pump.
The CP3 fuel pump not only flows much more fuel (when requested), but is also far more reliable than the newer CP4.1 pumps.

When buying the DPF Delete Pipe on its own you will require a custom ECU Remap to erase any fault codes or engine management lights. We will not be responsible for any problems that may occur with any other tuners software
Our DPF Delete Pipes are generally supplied with only a Lambda Sensor Boss and sometimes an EGT boss. On most models the Pre-Turbo EGT Boss is located in the Exhaust Manifold on the Turbocharger. All other EGT and Pressure Sensors are not required when removing the DPF, leaving them in the downpipe can eventually lead to sensor failure, creating a fault in the ECU and possibly a Check Engine Light in the Instrument Cluster. With the correct DPF Delete Software, these sensors are removed entirely so they can be unplugged and removed from the car. If your tuner cannot remove these faults, the sensors should be left plugged in and tied up out of the way.
