Our Cast Single Mass Flywheel and 3 Piece Sachs Clutch Kit for Seat Ibiza Mk5 / Polo 6R / Skoda Fabia Mk2 / Audi A1 1.6 TDI CR Common Rail Diesel Engines with 5 Speed Manual Transmissions.

This Solid / Single Mass Flywheel Kit is a popular conversion for the 1.6 TDI CR 5 Speed Models to remove the OEM Dual Mass Flywheel when running increased power.

Please Note:

As with most Single Mass Flywheels there may be some slight noise or vibration at idle with this kit on the Common Rail Engine, but this will be minimal compared to other Solid Flywheel Conversions. Don't worry this won't harm the Engine or Gearbox in any way.

Power / Torque Capabilities:

Using the standard Pressure Plate, this Clutch Kit is rated to around 300Ft/Lbs (410Nm) with a stock pedal feel and bit
