This service is for customers booking in for workshop or tuning jobs. Please select the relevant deposit option for the job you are booking in for along with the date and time arranged
Please download the attached .PDF file from your order invoice for our Pre-Work Checklist to ensure your vehicle is in a suitable state for us to carry out the work
Please only purchase this product/service if you have being directed to do so by a member of our staff via phone or email
*Slots in the diary are available to anyone up until a deposit payment; we can not guarantee that the slot we have suggested will still be available if you delay payment for the deposit
By paying this deposit I agree to the following:
- This deposit is non-refundable
- There are no concerns regarding the vehicle health
- The vehicle is not tuned by another company (or unknown/notified already) - Potential additional charge of £100 + VAT
- There is no dash cam fitted / I agree to disconnect it
- There is no black box fitted / I have informed my insurance that it is having work done
- The car is NOT fitted with a HYBRID TURBO / NON DARKSIDE TURBO KIT
- I have adequate Recovery and breakdown cover in place that includes delivery back to Darkside premises

Emissions:
All work carried out by Darkside Developments related to Catalytic Converter / DPF / EGR / AdBlue Removal is deemed as for Motorsport / Off Road use only
Darkside Developments accepts no responsibility for the use of this part on the public highway where removal of emissions controls is prohibited.
Tuning:
You are allowing your vehicle to be remapped at your own personal risk, thus absolving Darkside Developments of any responsibility should any failure occur.
Time Scales:
All time scales are given for completion of work are an estimate. Any further work requested or required after the booking as been made or the job has commenced WILL have an impact on the completion date of the job.
Additional Costs:
Mainly aimed at older vehicles, we urge customers factor in additional costs for any unforeseen issues due to age related worn, perished, broken parts.
Warranty:
All Genuine and OEM Parts carry a minimum of 1 Year Warranty (2 Years in some cases) when fitted in a standard car.
With most manufacturers, any performance enhancing modifications will void the warranty on those parts.
For any aftermarket / upgrade parts the warranty lies with the manufacturer and in most cases there is no warranty other than for manufacturing defects.
In all warranty cases, the manufacturer and Darkside Developments are not liable for any labour cost claims or consequential losses as a result of a failure of any part.
