Alloy Hard Pipework Kit for 2.0 CR TDi Transporter T5.1

This Intercooler Pipework Kit is for use with the standard Front Mounted intercooler on the Transporter T5.1 2.0 CR TDI Engine or with use with our own Uprated Intercooler. The Alloy Pipe Kit eliminates the problematic clip connectors

Retain Standard Intercooler / Forge Intercooler - 2 x Intercooler Clip Connector Adapters and Silicone Hoses (These may need modifying slightly for the Forge Intercooler)
Darkside Intercooler - Silicone Hoses

This will fit vehicles with the following engine codes:

VW Transporter
CAAA 84, CAAB 102, CAAE / CCHB 136, CAAC / CCHA 140,
 Unlike other kits on the market, this does not require the use of any original boost pipes

All the silicones included in the kit may require slight Trimming to suit your set up, These are left long to take in to consideration tolerances between cars
We now offer a range of Silicone Colours - Black Silicones are in stock where as the other colours are special order and may take up to 1 week to dispatch

(Sometimes the turbo clip can be quite tight to push in due the tolerances we have them machined to. We have found that warming the turbo compressor housing with a heat gun helps the clip push in)
