Darkside 57mm Alloy Hard Pipework Kit for VW Golf Mk5, Audi A3 8P, Seat Leon 1P, and Skoda Octavia Mk2 2.0 16v TDI PD170 (BMN / BMR) Engines

Our 57mm Alloy Intercooler Pipework Kit is for use with the standard Front Mounted intercooler on the 2.0 16v TDI PD170 BMN / BMR Engines or can also be used with the S3 Intercooler modified to fit (See options above). This Pipe Kit eliminates the problematic clip connectors.

Replaces the standard rubber and plastic hoses which are known to degrade and crack over time causing boost leaks and loss of power.

Dependant on your turbo and intercooler setup we will supply our custom CNC machined clip connectors which are used when retain the standard turbo or standard intercooler.

57mm Alloy Pipes for increased flow

Replaces plastic pipes and weak joints which are prone to boost leaks

IMPORTANT! On vehicles retaining the stock turbocharger the original turbo clip and aluminimum pipe over the gearbox is retained

All the silicones included in the kit may require slight Trimming to suit your set up, These are left long to take in to consideration tolerances between cars

(Sometimes the turbo clip can be quite tight to push in due the tolerances we have them machined to. We have found that warming the turbo compressor housing with a heat gun helps the clip push in)
