BMW N57X 3.0 Diesel Swirl Flap Delete Plug Kit

This kit allows you to remove the problematic swirl flaps that are known to degrade and eventually disintegrate. This then ends up being sucked into the engine, most of the time with dire consequences

The aluminium plug is designed to blank the hole left in the inlet seal carrier after the swirl flaps have been removed

Once you have installed the Swirl Flap Delete Plug, the Swirl Flap Motor must be refitted to hold the plug in place

Please Note:

We offer this kit WITH or WITHOUT the inlet seals (see above options)
We highly reccomend changing the inlet seals when performing the swirl flap delete kit as the inlet has to be removed when doing so. Reusing old seals may result in the manifold leaking.
