Vacuum Box to N75 Simplification Kit for 1.9 & 2.0 TDI Engines with Vacuum Box

This kit is for simplifying the vacuum system when the EGR Valve has been deleted

Doing this simplification will make it less likely to cause issues and / or leaks

When the Vacuum box is damaged, this conversion is a much cheaper alternative

Please Note:

There will be some fault codes that will appear when the vacuum box and corresponding lines / parts are removed. These will need mapping out of the vehilces software, not just cleared out.
Some codes that may be displayed when doing this simplification are P1549 / P1654 / P1619 / P1441. To get rid of these, the faults need to be deleted in the software or the Solenoids left plugged in
This Vacuum Box Simplification Kit is to avoid N18 and N239 fault codes
This kit is to remove everything except the N75 itself.

If you have Vacuum Block part number 6Q0906625G - 6Q0906625 G - 6Q0 906 625 G the plug on your harness will require modification. The plastic tab on the plug will need shaving off.
