We have found throughout trial and error that most valve spring removal tools will not work with the 1.6 & 2.0 16v TDI Common Rail Diesel Engines, this is why we have now designed and manufactured our own tool.

The tool is designed to remove or replace valve springs while the cylinder head remains on the engine, savig both time and effort.
