2.5" Stainless De-Cat Downpipe for the 2.0 TDI 16v BKD PD140 4-Motion / Quattro Engines

This 2.5" Stainless Steel De-Cat Downpipe is a straight replacement to remove the factory Catalytic Converter (CAT) on the BKD PD140 4-Motion / Quattro Vehicles.

We fabricate this downpipe in 2 pieces which comes with a connecting pipe to connect the downpipe to the standard exhaust system.

    Our DPF Delete Pipes are generally supplied with only a Lambda Sensor Boss and sometimes an EGT boss. On most models the Pre-Turbo EGT Boss is located in the Exhaust Manifold on the Turbocharger. All other EGT and Pressure Sensors are not required when removing the DPF, leaving them in the downpipe can eventually lead to sensor failure, creating a fault in the ECU and possibly a Check Engine Light in the Instrument Cluster. With the correct DPF Delete Software, these sensors are removed entirely so they can be unplugged and removed from the car. If your tuner cannot remove these faults, the sensors should be left plugged in and tied up out of the way.
