Darkside 2.5" Stainless Steel DPF / CAT Delete Downpipe for A4 B7 1.9 8v & 2.0 16v TDI with GTB Turbo (Cast Manifold / Adapter Flange)

This 2.5 TIG Welded Stainless Steel Downpipe is designed to remove the factory DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) on the Audi A4 B7 1.9 8v & 2.0 16v TDI engines, only to be used where a GTB turbo has been fitted to the stock cast manifold using an Adaptor Flange.

Designed and Manufactured in the UK from 316L Aircraft Grade Stainless Steel and TIG welded in house.

Our Downpipe reduces down to the stock exhaust system for a perfect fit meaning no modification or cutting is required.

Our DPF Delete Pipes are supplied with only a Lambda Sensor Boss. The Pre-Turbo EGT Boss is located in the Exhaust Manifold on the Turbocharger. All other EGT and Pressure Sensors are not required when removing the DPF, leaving them in the downpipe can eventually lead to sensor failure, creating a fault in the ECU and possibly a Check Engine Light in the Instrument Cluster. With the correct DPF Delete Software, these sensors are removed entirely so they can be unplugged and removed from the car. If your tuner cannot remove these faults, the sensors should be left plugged in and wrapped out of the way

Darkside Developments accepts no responsibility for the use of this part on the public highway where removal of emissions controls is prohibited. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they comply with rules and laws relating to their home country
