Audi B8 / C6 Platform 2.0 TDI CR EGR Race Pipe & Cooler Delete Kit
Darkside EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) Delete Race Pipe & EGR Cooler Delete Kit for Audi B8 / C6 Platform 2.0 TDI CR Logitudinal engines. Our kit removes the factory EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) Valve and includes hardware to remove and bypass the problematic EGR Cooler. Our race pipe directly replaces the EGR Valve and fits perfectly between the ASV (Anti Shudder Valve) and Inlet Manifold, retaining the ASV allows for the engine to remain smooth when switching off the ignition. The Darkside EGR Delete Race Pipe is CNC machined here in the UK from a single piece of Billet Aluminium unlike other kits on the market that are welded. This improves appearance and also strength. We have found that the kits from other suppliers can crack due to the strain of the boost pipework hanging from the ASV, we have designed our race pipe to overcome this problem. All of our race pipes also include two types of grub screws, the vented grub screw allows you to neatly run a vacuum line for custom boost gauge installs. We also supply a blanking grub screw that sits flush with the race pipe offering an air tight seal and aesthetic finish. Other kits on the market are known to supply a bulky brass fitting to be used for the boost takeoff instead. Because our CNC machined race pipe is almost exactly the same profile as the OE valve, stock hardware can be used.For more information on EGR Valves and Removal see here:
