Darkside 3.5" Performance Turbo Intake Pipe (TIP) & Air Intake / Induction Kit for BMW F Series 35d / 40d N57Z 3.0 Bi-Turbo Diesel Engines

Replacement for the Restrictive Standard Plastic TIP Pipe found on the F Series N57Z Engines with the addition of our 3D Printed Aluminium Turbo Intake Pipe for maximum flow.

Although our induction kit alone proved to remove restrictions on the N57N & N57Z diesel engines, it just didn't cut it for our big power M4D project. We found that the stock plastic elbow that connects direct to the turbocharger was also restrictive in places. Because of this we decided to scan and design a high flow elbow to increase airflow and remove an restrictions...and 3D print it out of Aluminium!

This 3.5" Intake Pipe coupled with a Ramair PRORAM Air Filter Increases performance and airflow over the stock restrictive intake pipe

Thermostat Housing:

Due to increasing the TIP pipes overall size, the thermostat housing fouls the new 3D Printed Part. To resolve this we supply CNC machined thermostat housing spacers to offest the coolant outlet, allowing the stock coolant pipe to be reused.
