This is an upgraded version of the OE Intercooler found on the TFSI MQB Platform Vehicles

If you have OE Intercooler part number 5Q0 145 803 AE / AA, this will NOT be a straight replacement and modification is required to install. (Please see photos below)

 

As you can see the original radiator may not sit flush with the clip connector at the bottom, in order for this to sit correctly, some trimming to either the intercooler or radiator is required.
