This kit is designed for Volkswagen Amarok 2023 onwards, 3.0 V6 models used for load carrying and towing. It improves rear stance and ground clearance, helping to maintain ride comfort under load.

The kit includes Pedders TrakRyder Foam Cell shocks, front Ezifit Struts and new rear leaf springs engineered to raise the vehicle by approximately 50mm. This lift provides better clearance and tyre fitment options while improving load carrying and towing by requiring a constant minimum 300kg load for good ride comfort. It is ideal for Amarok users experiencing rear sag when towing or carrying heavy loads.

The components replace factory parts without requiring other vehicle modifications. For heavier duty use, Pedders recommends considering their Extra Heavy Duty Kit. The kit supports daily driving and off-road conditions with improved stance and ground clearance. After installation, a wheel alignment is advised to optimise vehicle handling.

Foam Cell Shock Technology

Foam Cell shock absorbers use a special foam saturated with oil instead of relying on pressurised gas. This design prevents aeration and cavitation, keeping damping forces stable across the full stroke. With greater oil capacity and improved heat dissipation, they resist fade, control temperature, and deliver reliable performance even under demanding use. Their durability makes them well suited for heavy-duty, towing and off-road applications.

Installation & Compatibility

The kit includes pre-assembled components such as shocks and springs with all necessary bushes and U bolts for bolt-in installation. No cutting or welding is required. After fitting, a professional wheel alignment is strongly recommended to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety.

This kit is focused on improving load carrying and towing comfort on the Amarok 3.0 V6 and is suitable if a constant minimum 300kg load is maintained for best ride quality.
