Following on from the Trackday Championship Blog, we were also competing in the MSV Trackday Trophy. The qualifying session was in the morning a few hours after the TDC session. I went out first, did the 3 mandatory laps, punched in a decent time (putting us P2 behind the Class C Lotus Elise of J & B Tucker with a 1:21.503) and then pulled into the pits to get Ryan out, since he had not driven the car all day. With 2019 in full swing, we prepared our Ibiza TDI for the new racing season. The spec didn't really change that much from what we developed by the end of last year, we have some new 343mm 6 Pot Front Brakes and red paint on the front end finally! We are preparing to enter the  Birkett Six-Hour Relay Race on October 26th 2019 at the Silverstone Grand Prix Circuit. The race was featured on BBCs  Top Gear and Extra Gear on 10 Mar 2019 and is available on iPlayer if you want to check it out!
